Essay Topic-- If I could change the world

If I could change the world I'd get rid of guns, poverty, and war.

First, I would get rid of all the guns in the world because they kill several people. If we didn't have guns,  more people would be living today. Guns help people kill, rob, and commit stupid crimes. Without guns, there would be less problems in the world. If guns did not exist, people would have to talk instead of fight to get their point across. Most people that carry guns can't fight and they use their guns to get rid of their problems. Guns are not a problem solver.

Next, I would eliminate the poverty in the world. People are dying because they can't afford to eat. People die in extreme weather conditions if they are homeless and can't find shelter. Poverty is a hard thing to go through, and I don't understand how it feels. We should set up a building that provides aid to people in need. People could live here for a few months until they have saved up enough money to rent their own apartment.

The last thing I would get rid of is war. There are too many people dying because of war. I lost two uncles because of war. War sends people off on blank missions. Why should I have to die because my President cannot come to an agreement with some other world leader? Without war, there would still be millions of innocent people living.

In conclusion, these are the three things I could get rid of to make the world a much better place to live in.
